  • Researched and successfully implemented a time saving process for the way that claims were dealt with – thereby saving approximately 30% of user's time. Applied this method to the annual policy renewals for the Aviation department

  • 8 GCE 'O' Levels including Mathematics and English

    Outlook and Excel. Limited knowledge but the ability to use MS Publisher
    and Visio and Adobe Photoshop
  • Past jobs have involved my use of older packages including WordPerfect/WordPerfect for Windows, WordStar 1512, Wang OIS50/8000, AmiPro, Microsoft Works, Frame, Digital VT420/VT340 and Uniplex and more recently Documentum, Filesite and Workshare. I am able to utilise my knowledge of different applications to use most office systems that I encounter.
