With over 25 years of experience as a Minute Secretary I will ensure you have the correct records of your meetings. I can create a template or use an existing one and will type your minutes as soon as possible. A copy of my original notes can be supplied on request. If you have audio records of your meetings then I am able to transcribe these for you.
All work is carefully checked for spelling, punctuation, grammatical errors and fluency and amended accordingly, with prior consent of the customer. I am also happy to proof read any document not produced by me. Proof reading is vitally important, but many business owners don't bother, often resulting in errors, which creates a very bad impression. Proof reading of numerical input is just as important, as it could result in misleading data or charging the incorrect amount.
